Today, the Anglican Episcopal Diocese organized a charity bazaar on the occasion of Christmas at the courtyard of All Saints’ Episcopal Cathedral in Zamalek. The bazaar aims to raise funds in support of charitable associations and institutions.
A number of specialized centers serving people with disabilities affiliated with the Episcopal Church participated in the bazaar. These included the Deaf Unit, which showcased beautiful handmade crafts created by deaf and hard-of-hearing children, the “Sawa” Center serving the visually impaired, the Bulaq Handicrafts Center, as well as handicrafts produced by the Sudanese ministry.
The bazaar also featured a wide variety of handicrafts, household products, jewelry, accessories, clothing, in addition to food and beverages, with the participation of a large number of exhibitors from different areas.
The event witnessed a strong turnout of visitors who enjoyed the diverse selection of unique products, all presented in a festive atmosphere that reflected the spirit of love and giving.
