
Archbishop Dr. Sami Fawzy, Archbishop of the Alexandria Province of the Anglican Episcopal Church, cast his vote today in the House of Representatives elections at his designated polling station at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek.
Following the vote, the Archbishop emphasized the importance of positive participation in parliamentary life, considering voting a national responsibility that contributes to supporting the path of stability and development.
He also praised the orderly conduct of the voting process inside the polling stations and the cooperation of those overseeing it, noting that citizens’ participation reflects a high level of awareness of the importance of the House of Representatives’ role in drafting legislation and promoting the public good.
The polling stations witnessed a notable turnout of citizens, especially young people, with the voting process facilitated under good organizational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the elections.
