The Episcopal/Anglican church participates in practical training to confront crises in Alexandria Saqr 78
The Episcopal/Anglican Church in Alexandria participated in the practical training to confront crises in Alexandria, Saqr 78, as part of the joint cooperation between the Alexandria Governorate and the leadership of the Military Defense Forces, in the presence of Reverend David Aziz, Dean of St. Marks Pro cathedral and Rev. Mina Helmy pastor of Ras el Soda church and General Mohamed Sherif Alexandria governor.
On his behalf: Rev. David Aziz welcomed the church’s participation and cooperation with all parties in Alexandria for the good of the city, stressing that the Episcopal/Anglican Church will not hesitate to provide any form of support and assistance to local and executive leaders.
This training came in the presence of the commander of the Defense Forces and the military, the assistant head of the Civil Coordination Branch of the Armed Forces Operations Authority, the military advisor to the governorate, Major General Abdel Fattah Tammam, the governorate’s general secretary and all the governorate’s executive authorities.
