The Archbishop Congratulates the Egyptians on the Anniversary of the January Revolution and Police Day.

Dr. Samy Fawzy, Archbishop of the Episcopal/Anglican Province of Alexandria, congratulated all Egyptians on the eleventh anniversary of the glorious January 25 Revolution, stressing that it represents a significant day in the national memory.

The Archbishop also sent a congratulatory telegram to Major General Mahmoud Tawfiq, Minister of the Interior, on the occasion of the Valiant Police Day, pointing out that policemen are still sacrificing their lives for security and stability in their war against terrorism.

The Archbishop affirmed that all Egyptians appreciate the sacrifices of the heroic policemen who pay their lives daily for the homeland, praying that God restores this occasion to Egypt with goodness and prosperity.
