It was a joy to welcome Priests and Pastors from the Coptic Orthodox, Coptic Catholic, and Presbyterian churches here at All Saints Garden Conference Center. The main topic of discussion was how can we put aside our differences in order to address real needs of the people in the streets.
Bishop Mouneer welcomed them all and spoke about professional hazards which happen as a result of practicing a profession. There was a discussion about what kind of struggles that we are vulnerable to as result of our ministry.
Reverend Refaat Fikry spoke about the difference of practice and tradition that should not prevent us from being united in our goal. Reverend Nadar Michelle from the Catholic Church spoke about faith and reason in the current age. All the clergy had a lunch together at the end of this encouraging day.
