Harpur memorial hospital Sadat, belonging to the Episcopal/Anglican Church in Egypt, declared that the suspected cases of the virus of Covid 19, known as Corona, are still received by measuring the temperature of each patient and ask him about the symptoms before entering the hospital gate.
The hospital director Dr. Hani Abadair explained: The suspected cases are being converted into a different entrance gate to reduce the spread of infection among the rest of the patients and then the tests are completed to confirm or exile the suspicion.
In a statement issued by the Church today, Abadir stressed that the precautionary measures should continue in the hospital between the medical and administrative staff and the hesitant patients, such as wearing masks, using disinfectants, and applying social spacing.
The hospital’s nursery has been closed in the past period, causing the number of female employees to decrease because mothers are obliged to stay at home with their children, but in the current period, the nursery has returned to work.
