The Archbishop of the Basilica: Celebrates the feast in heaven

Dr. Samy Fawzy, Archbishop of the Episcopal/Anglican Province Alexandria, mourns Father Gennaro Di Martino, the patron of the Basilica Cathedral in Cairo, who passed away today to celebrate the glorious Christmas in heaven

The Archbishop said: We bid him farewell to the hope of the Resurrection in my name and in the name of the priests, deacons, and the people of the Episcopal Church, praying for his family and all his lovers that God grant them patience and consolation
