Archbishop mourns Reverend Makari Younan: He lived as a servant of the Church

Dr. Samy Fawzy, Archbishop of the Episcopal/Anglican Province of Alexandria, mourned Reverend Makari Younan, priest of the St. Mark Church of kloud Bey, who passed away today

In his statement, the Archbishop said, “In my name and on behalf of the Episcopal Church, we bid farewell to Father Makari, who lived as a servant of the public church, loved all denominations, and devoted himself to the spiritual service.”

The Archbishop prayed that God grant patience to his family, lovers, and the people of the Church, offering his condolences to His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria, and all priests and people of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
