All saints cathedral

All Saints Cathedral, Cairo is the mother church of the Diocese and one of the most-used Cathedrals within the Anglican Communion. Our cathedral is in the heart of the Middle East, in the centre of a city of 26 million people, and close to Al-Azhar, regarded by many as the academic and theological center of Sunni Islam. All Saints’ Cathedral is located in a strategic and prosperous area, surrounded by crowded, underdeveloped areas.

As the spiritual centre of the Diocese, it is committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through word and deed. It is a house of prayer for all nations, and is the centre for: our Arabic, English, and Sudanese congregations, youth ministry, children’s ministry, women’s ministry, Alpha, interfaith dialogue, ecumenical relations, prison ministry, Boulaq Community Development, Tukal crafts, the Wady Craft Shop, a brand new library and research centre, Refuge Egypt, Alexandria School of theology and more!
